Ionic Foot Detox- An ionic foot bath combines water, salt and a small electrical current to produce charged ionic energy that helps promote detoxification. During the 30-minute session, the water in the bath changes color. This change in color is caused by the oxidation of the metal plates in the bath reacting with solutes in the water as toxins release from the body. Over the next 24-48 hours, toxins continue to flush out of the body naturally through the lymphatic system (network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins) and excretory system (part of the body that performs excretion or discharges waste).

Reiki is laying on of hands form of holistic healing used to channel the universal energy that anyone can learn. Kathi is a certified Reiki Master Teacher. She has been teaching reiki for over nineteen years and has been performing Reiki on animals, adults, and children with exceptional results for over Twenty years
She teaches these principles of the healing technique with experience, compassion, and joy.
These classes will be IN PERSON or on ZOOM
There are 5 Bi-weekly Wednesday Evenings Reiki Classes from 6:00pm-8:00pm
May- 7th, 21st, June-4th, 18th. July- 2nd- Last Class
A certificate will be given on completion of all 5 classes
The cost for each Level is ~ $250.00 (can be paid 50.00 per class)

Five classes, handouts, instruction, special meditations, a Reiki Attunement is given and a certificate is awarded at the completion of the 5th class.
