Reiki- Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reading- Tarot, Oracle, past life, or Mediumship
Kathi receives information from collective group of guides, Masters, Angels, your ancestors, and more to help guide you for highest good. Mostly through herself, however, on occasion, through Tarot or Oracle Cards.
Ionic Foot Detox- An ionic foot bath combines water, salt and a small electrical current to produce charged ionic energy that helps promote detoxification. We will work between the intuitive connection to the cards and the tradition that has been connected to these cards for centuries. You may find that what comes to your thoughts may connect with the history of what we know about the cards.
Interpret the history of the Tarot, why we choose the Tarot.
We will learn about history, structure, and symbology, which go into the Major and Minor Arcana of the Tarot.
We will also look at the balance between intuition and book learning.

Becky Bernardo is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner and the founder of Soul Sounds in Vernon, CT. A classically trained musician and lifelong clairaudient, the core of her sound healing methods is the use of ancient Tibetan singing bowls.
